This island is the perfect place to observe native Galapagos birds. The island is home to colonies of blue-footed boobies and frigates. It is the chosen spot for birds to perform their mating rituals and later nest depending on the season. North Seymour also hosts a colony of sea lions.
The activities during the day include hiking (walking), wildlife observation, and surface snorkeling at Las Bachas Beach. Normally, the sea is calm, but occasionally it can have some waves. The surface snorkeling activity takes place around the beach, and when the sea is calm, you may have the chance to spot white-tipped reef sharks, turtles, and some colorful fish.
